We are seeking an experienced and strategic Finance Head to lead the company’s financial operations, statutory compliance, budgeting, forecasting, corporate finance, and reporting functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in GST compliance, TDS returns, financial planning, cost control, cash flow management, internal audits, MIS reporting, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Regulatory & Statutory Compliance
  • Manage complete GST filing, TDS returns, and statutory compliance.
  • Ensure zero non-compliance in internal audits and statutory audits.
  • Maintain 100% accuracy in statutory master files and documentation.
  1. Financial Planning, Budgeting & Control
  • Lead annual budgeting, financial forecasting, and monthly/quarterly financial planning.
  • Oversee cash flow planning, fund flow management, and liquidity control.
  • Monitor budget vs actual, variance analysis, and financial controls.
  1. Process Management, Approvals & Operational Efficiency
  • Payment Management
  • Ensure seamless workflow across financial trackers, Google Sheets, and internal financial systems.
  • Lead finance team performance, development, and productivity improvements.
  1. Corporate Finance, Governance & Reporting
  • Handle corporate actions, share allotment, dematerialization, and company secretarial compliance.
  • Prepare weekly management presentations and MIS reports.
  • Strengthen financial governance and transparency.
  1. Stakeholder Coordination & Relationship Management
  • Coordinate with financial consultants, auditors, vendors, and banking partners.
  • Ensure timely payments and effective communication with cross-functional teams.
  • Maintain strong stakeholder relationship and satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily accounting operations, ledger review, and reconciliations.
  • Conduct cost analysis, pricing analysis, and profitability reviews.
  • Monitor site progress and align with financial goals.
  • Manage procurement, purchasing, and group company finance activities.
  • Support budgeting cycles, and month-end closing.

Requirements :

  • CA Inter /  MBA Finance preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in Finance Management, Accounts, Corporate Finance,  or Financial Controlling.
  • Strong expertise in GST, TDS, audits, budgeting, MIS, and cash flow.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proficient with ERP systems, Excel, Google Sheets, MIS tools, and financial software.
