We’re looking for a passionate and driven Business Development Manager to join our team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for design, execution and evaluation of sales and marketing strategies and drive customer acquisition, business tie- ups and create a sustainable revenue stream
- Develop and drive sales initiatives and Promotional Activities to achieve set goals by mentoring and motivating the sales team
- To formulate yearly/Monthly target and activities plan for team and submit the commitment to the management
- Develop new business generation sources and clients through tapping Network, Local Brokers and various other channels
- Competitor Trend Monitoring and Competitor Benchmarking in order to effectively balance competing priorities to full fill all customer expectations
- Research and develop marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company’s marketing goals.
- Regularly monitor the internal sales operation, business progress of the team and accordingly take effective measures and corrective action.
- Conduct regular meetings with existing customers and ensure they remain satisfied and ensure positive feedback and reference
- Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of Sales enquiries, methods and results.
- Formulate of incentive & travel plan proposal for the team
- Organize Product /Market training periodically to the team
- Ensure Proper records of customers, sales and marketing data of the team.
- Provide Weekly & Monthly Reports to Management
Requirements :
- MBA with specialization in Marketing, Sales, or Business ManagementProven experience in business development or sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
