The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, construction execution, and team leadership, with the ability to ensure quality, safety, timelines, and cost-efficiency across multiple sites.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead, plan, and supervise all construction activities across Kanthalloor, Pooppara, and other project sites.
Manage end-to-end project execution — from design coordination to completion and handover.
Oversee site engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure project milestones are met.
Monitor project budgets, resource allocation, and timelines.
Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and environmental standards.
Conduct regular site visits (travel between project sites required) and review progress reports.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, and management for smooth project delivery.
Identify and mitigate project risks proactively.
Develop progress reports and present updates to senior management.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (Master’s preferred).
10–20 years of experience in construction/project management (preferably in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects).
